We are Joel & Sherry Pellegrino, and we LOVE OLD HOUSES!!

What started as a love for history and preserving the homes on a property we bought that eventually was turned into a wedding venue with homes from the 1700 and 1800s on it has turned into finding, moving, restoring and saving homes set for demolition or just simply no one wants anymore. Hard to see a diamond when time has dulled its shine.

When we started our business, we already had another very successful business that was going strong for close to 30 years, but was so stressful that it was causing health issues for Joel and we knew it was time to concentrate on our love for old homes.

Not knowing how we were going to make this work, we jumped all in starting with home renovations and working for whoever we could, when we could, and how we could. Our children were in college and it allowed us the freedom to work where we wanted to, when we wanted to and how we wanted to.

From our first renovation we knew we were hooked, but we knew that the concentration needed to be saving as many old homes and structures as we could. Knowing that time is of the essence in most cases of old homes, we worked as fast as we could to find our first old home to save. It ended up being ours!

Now, we spend our days looking for the next one to save all while helping clients find their new old forever home!
